Croft House - Lampshade

This younique peerie (little) croft house stands at 8in high and 11in wide, lovingly and paitently hand made. PVC material used for the lamp structure which is hand cut and carved to shape, hessian is used for the main part of the house as I found it resembled the outside walls of old houses, hand embroidery is used to create the window panes, for the front door I fuse on  my own Fair Isle large print material, and the roof uses the Fair Isle small print design. Wooden rods and used in the peaks to help keep stabilit. 

This shade does not come with an electrical fitting, I would recommend not to use higher than a 40watt bulb. Electric tea lights also work great they give a gentle glow but not much light :)

please note due to the time it takes to make these shades they are only  made to order and can take up to 4 weeks.
